Let us introduce you to Clog and Pancake, producers of the classic Dutch mini pancakes, known in the Netherlands as 'poffertjes'. These little delights are served with a variety of toppings taking a simple recipe to new heights, and all served from their 1980s Rice horse trailer which has been lovingly restored and given a new lease of life as a food truck. Based in the Cotswolds where there is an abundance of fabulous local products the Clog and Pancake team source the very best ingredients all year round.
