The Cocktail Gardener

Unique plant-powered cocktails by gardener-turned-mixologist Lottie Muir

Summer is glorious a time for tantalising cocktails and fragrant flowers – but what if you combined the two? Well that’s exactly what gardener-turned-mixologist Lottie Muir also known as The Cocktail Gardener has done, and her plant-powered cocktails are a deliciously floral feast for both the eyes and the senses.

Lottie Muir's carefully created cocktails come filled with fresh herbs, beautiful flowers and plenty of tasty botanical booze too; think jasmine-infused gin, elderflower liqueur, rose petal syrup and freshly squeezed lemon bitters, topped up with soda water and garnished with gorgeous edible flowers. Yum!

Lottie’s interest in botanical cocktails developed while wild food foraging and generally experimenting with alcohol. This love of experimenting lead Lottie's passion for creating secret hideaways to taste and enjoy her flavours, with design projects for Geronimo pub chain and one of London's most loved hidden gems the Midnight Apothecary Botanical Cocktail Bar. Voted one of the hottest pop-up bars in town, the Midnight Apothecary is an urban oasis complete with campfire and free marshmallows to toast nestled in the rooftop garden above Brunel Museum in Rotherhithe.

Lottie also has a beautiful pop-up botanical bar designed especially to bring her cocktail mastery to you and your event. Complete with a canopy that can be taken up or down depending on your requirements, Lottie and her team will work with you to design a bespoke menu using herbs and flowers to infuse and garnish the cocktails that will delight your guests.

Lottie and her team are available for festivals, private parties, launch events, private views and all types of occasions.
