Alex Hoffler and Stacey O'Gorman are bring the humble meringue back to life with their beautifully handcrafted collection of colourful meringues that taste as good as they look - Mallowy in the middle with a melt in the mouth texture. Their meringue kisses are all hand dipped, bite size, each with a unique organic shape and colour. They are naturally gluten free. We use the highest quality ingredients, from free range egg whites and Tate & Lyle Fairtrade cane caster sugar to 100% cocoa. The Meringue Girls are big on flavour and have a 'Willy Wonka' creative flair, which means flavour possibilities are endless. They can cater for any type of event from a special birthday to a corporate event or launch. They are also partnering with The Fondant Fox to create wonderfully magic celebration cakes too.
